An automatic safety cut-out has been installed to protect against overheating, and it will work if the kettle is running when it contains insufficient water

Always ensure that the water inside the kettle covers the minimum mark on the water level indicator gauge

If the automatic safety cut-off is triggered, turn off the kettle, disconnect it from the power outlet and allow the kettle to cool for 5 to 10 minutes

Refill with and switch on, normal kettle will work

Place the power base on a flat dry surface

The electrical connection will be made automatically as the kettle slides on the power base

When the water boils, the kettle will stop automatically, after allowing the kettle to cool for 15-20 seconds

The water can be brought back to a boil by pushing the switch back to the on position

During cooling time, do not force the on / off switch to the on position as this could damage the operating mechanism
